SwirlyMMS has its own Setting wizard, so when you first open the application you get a screen like this:
just select any of the two settings both work fine. If for some reason you didn't get this screen you can enter the details manually 'use the ones in the image above'.
For OmanMobile Users:
For some reason the wizard does not always work with OmanMobile users. So, you need to enter these details manually:
MMSC: http://mmsc.omanmobile.om:10021/mmsc
Proxy: 192.168.203.35
APN: mms
username: mms
password: mms

BTW... i think you need to switch off wifi first in order to be able to send/receive mms

. register for account and verify it.
